I don’t know that I could handle the chaos…
Is there chaos in these photos?
I think you’d be surprised with yourself in India. Probably most people are. You should go one day if for no other reason than to eat!
It’s so weird, I have mixed feelings about India. Every time I see pictures like yours, they makes me happy and longing to go back -even though I know I’d probably be pissed off 65% of the time I’m there. I don’t really understand, but I guess that’s the mystery of India! For now I’ll just stick to virtual trips back 🙂
Ah, I understand the mixed feelings. I know I look back on my time in India very fondly, but I also know I felt all the extreme emotions a human possesses when I was there. I am sure I would still get a jolt if/when I go back. And I am sure I will go back, but for now, like you, the photos will do!
OK – the best is the ID tag with half another person’s face in it…
Haha! That was one of the teachers who came with me. Good catch.
I wouldn’t say “chaotic” at all, to echo another comment. For me, the adjective would be “vibrant”. So much life, so many colours!
India is definitely a vibrant place!
I love the shot of all the feet!
Beautiful details 🙂
Those were my little kiddies! The organization has been using that photo in some of their promo material now 🙂
Thank you Emily!
